You may apply to remove the footer link back from your fansite and forum for £1 per month

you must send £1 to demonguy1990@gmail.com and then send the receipt to rj@fannet.co.uk and the footer link back will be removed from your fansite and forum for so long as you continue to pay.

Please Note: you will be responsible for any fees including currency conversion or taxes charged by paypal for sending the money to us, you are responsible for sending us the receipt issued by paypal after each payment, you are not entering a subscription contract by using our service and you can stop using the service at any time but will revert  and cease to not have the footer link back in the forum and fansite, you will continue to see the link back on our website, fansites who have not removed the link back, the community including our forums or any website administrated by the admin it only removes the link back for your fansite and forum including any pages thereof, that we reserve the right to remove the service, offer the service free of charge or change the charged amount (either less or more than £1) at all times you will not be due a refund for any months used (there is no part refunds) if you pay for more than one month and cancel your hosting account, your community account or wish to cancel the service and have any full months left you can apply for a refund of any months not used subject to any fees including currency conversion and other fees charged by Paypal if any, if your account is terminated by us because you breached our hosting rules or Community Rules and you have any months already paid before the termination for any months not used you will not be due a refund because you breached the same.

What is the Footer Link back?

The Footer Link back is the ‘Hosted By: The UI Fansites Community’  in the footer of all fansites and  forums under your management for a small fee of £1 you can remove the link back from your fansite and forum,

Please Note:  any part of the Community outside your fansite and forum will continue to display the footer link back where the footer link back has not being removed from that website by the member.

What happens if i stop paying the fee?

Your Hosting account will display the link back within 2 days of no receipt being sent to the admin.

What is the money used for?

All of the money goes towards hosting cost none is used for personal use.

 Are my charged any sales, vat taxes?

No Sales or Value Added taxes or business taxes are charged for using the service.
